1989
Shuang-Bang Industrial Corp. was founded in November with the initial
capital of NTD 80,000,000. Devoted to developing and manufacturing PU Resins
for Paints, Polyester polyols.
1992
Set up new production plant at No. 17, Industrial Road, Nankang Industrial
District, producing high quality PU soles for the sports shoes of many
famous brand name around the world, such as NIKE, REEBOK, FILA, ADIDAS, AVIA,
CONVERSE etc.
1993
Established Research and Development Center, engaging oversea advisors,
introducing the high functional PU resins and successfully developing
Breathable and Waterproof PU lamination technology.
1994
Installed one series of PU coating and lamination line for producing
Breathable & Water-proof Fabric.
1995
Joined the technology cooperation with Toyo Polymer of Japan, producing high
quality PU resins for synthetic leathers.
1996
Developed sandwich PU lamination technology and then started the mass
production.
Expanded one additional Waterproof Fabric producing line.
1997
Proceeded the research and development of Fine Chemicals
1998
started to produce and supply Photo-initiators and other Fine Chemicals.
Granted of ISO-9002 certificate.
Formed a branch sales office in Taipei; Taiwan.
1999
Built up plant II at No. 155 Jen Ho Road, Nankang Industrial District in
January, producing Shoes' Adhesives; Curing Agents and Photo-initiators.
Set up
overseas holding company - SHUANG BANG INDUSTRIAL Corp. (BVI), dealing with
financial investment.
2000
Expanded the installations of one set direct coating line for Breathable &
Water-proof Fabric and two production lines and one pilot-plant for Fine
Chemicals.
Received the great honor of " Rising Star Award" from the Ministry of
Economic Affairs.
2001
Installed one additional set of wet-process coating line for Breathable &
Water-proof Fabric.
Granted of ISO 9001 Certificate.
2003
Listed on the Emerging Stock Market since January 13.
2005
Developed new technologies of thin-fabric coating and high performance
breathable & waterproof lamination and produced new resins for the
applications in seamless bonding strips; micro-porous fabric coating and
antistatic glove.
2006
Started the new business, production & sales, of Breathable & Water-proof
films.
Bought a piece of land at No. 3, Yongsing Road, Nankang Industrial District,
ca,. 13,200 m2, for building new Headquarter as well as new Production
Plant.
2007
Procured new production equipments & facilities for TPU Granule and TPU
Film.
Completed the trial run processes of TPU film.
2008
Completed the constructions of new HQ & Coating/Lamination Plant and held
the inauguration in March.
